What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

We centralized all our HR functions using the SF Suite. Starting with Employee Central and Learning Management, we then did the other modules including Talent, Performance, and Work force. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

Integration with BOOMI for our 7 interfaces needs to be replaced by SAP Cloud Platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Huge benefits to attract great staff using Talent and manage staff with Performance. Centralizing Learning Management allows us to keep all training in one place and the Employee Central Org.
