What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

I can access my profile on the go. This is the first time EY has implemented it. So I was and still am reluctant to use SF on my phone. But using it on my laptop, it is great!! What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

SuccessFactors has been one of my top choices for administrator purposes and traditional user experiences across the board. From an admin perspective, password resets and account unlocks are quick to resolve. From an end-user perspective, the training portal is simple to navigate. The time clock and time off request process is solid. I appreciate the overall cloud-based solutions it offers - easily accessible on my phone or work device. What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

Slow moving through the site

Unreliable connection-almost every Friday unable to login

Candidates are not able to be filtered by city /state on main page

If you want your recruiters doing 60-80% administrative work vs recruiting it's the right system for you.

It's not always intuitive to find what you're looking for and trying to figure out how to do what you want to do can be challenging at times too.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pretty good system and decently easy to use for the variety of things it can do. I like using it to search for jobs and apply, that process is very simple. I use it to complete learning assignments that are given to me, which is also very simple and I can search for other courses that are offered. I use it to complete my goals and appraisal each year, which is simple, but not always intuitive. I spent quite a bit of time this year trying to find my older appraisals and had 2 other people trying to help me figure it out too, we eventually did, but it wasn't intuitive. There is a lot to like about Success Factors. The ease of use in setting up objectives, being able to put timelines to those objectives and also putting completion percentage down as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

We were looking to add a software to help us with retention. Success Factors' product of Succession and Development has a tool that was exactly what we needed. It would allow employees to chart out their career growth. Very cool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
