i Like that I can update my objectives directly. Autosave function is one of the highest attribute of the system. laso the capability of dowloading the objetives in a PDF file is a nice feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SuccessFactors is the best review platform I’ve used, as it gives a way to be consistent in keeping notes and not only showing the most recent employee review, so when the next review is coming up you have the opportunity to review notes from throughout the year.
