What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

SuccessFactors poses itself to be a one-stop solution to the problems many organisations face with regards to their human capital. Although, not quite there, it is well on it's way to being on part with the on-premise HCM solution provide by SAP.

We mustn't forget that these are really big shoes to fill, the build up of many years of development for HCM to be where it is now will not be replicated overnight.

SuccessFactors Employee central is probably it's best component out of the suite of solutions that provides, and rightly so. It is a core component that can feed into many of the other areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

Although the learning management system is adequate it still lacks some of the features that current top crop of solutions provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP SuccessFactors solving and how is that benefiting you?

Performance reviews have often been a painful exercise in our organisation. With the help of the SF Performance and goal management solution, the cumbersome collection and review of agreements have been streamlined.

A brief background on why we chose Success Factors; SuccessFactors Performance Management is an ever-growing, advanced cloud-based module designed to improve all facets of the performance process, from goal setting to coaching. The module is a vast, but very user-friendly tool which include some features that help streamline the annual and/or mid-year review process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I worked in Recruiting, Learning and WFAP instances of my company and I realised that we as a company must create simpler, but yet more efficient HR procedures. What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

SAP SuccessFactors has tightly integrated functionality across HCM domain ( Hire2Retire) and thus it qualifies to be one of the best products available in the market. This product is backed by decades of experience gained in ERP market by SAP, who have brought the best practices of HCM globally. Their Employee Central Payroll suite has close to 100+ country-specific payroll solutions that are unparallel in the industry and can be truly called Global Payroll solution. What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

Since SuccessFactors is now integrated into the SAP framework and philosophy, the User Experience might not be at par with a few niche players in the market. Providing timely feedback on enhancing the product features and aligning to the emerging needs of the customers.
