What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

It is a cloud-based system. Enjoy working with all the integrated platforms held with SF. HCM, Learning, Recruiting, Performance Management and Success Planning Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

Cost and not very adaptable to change. The customize options are hard to get timely help. Data & Analytics could be a little more user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

I think that SAP has stepped it up with the latest improvements to the ScccessFactors Suite. And with the integtration to the Qualtrics EX side, things have really perked up. OnBoarding 2.0 has really made its mark in the industry with EC and EC Payroll continues to be the meat and potatoes of the suite. There are lot of tool out there to help with any migration and that's what makes thing much easier for those moving to the cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

The downsides are the multiple sessions needed to demo the product. Whether this be with SAP themselves or with a partner, there are too many different functional areas for any one person to handle. But that is not saying that it is a bad thing. It is just something that I wished was a bit different. Also, there are some UI differences within the Learning Application that should be fixed asap to make it more consistent with the rest of the UI in the suite. What problems is SAP SuccessFactors solving and how is that benefiting you?

The business problems being solved are multi-facted: more awreness to executives, getting the state of the art integrated package the connects with the financial and supply chain side of the house and creating a more efficient way of processing employees. The benefits are enormous when the users are now much more productive and the employees see a sense of growth especially when they can now apply for internal jobs that they were not able to do in the past. For a career path, progression is now easily described with the integrated PM/GM modules and CDP module. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of Use. Tool integrates end-to-end employee experience - from recruitment, onboarding, employee movement up to end of employment - with a user-friendly navigation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Latency - at the time I was involved with Success Factors (about a year or two ago), a major opportunity was the time it takes to process data. Data changes say in creating positions or onboarding will usually require a couple of hours to be processed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SAP SuccessFactors is a comprehensive Employee Management tool ideal for huge organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP SuccessFactors solving and how is that benefiting you?

Onboarding. Allowing new hires to pre-fill onboarding digital forms prior their start date, the tool allowed the organization I was a part of a more efficient way in onboarding new hires - which would usually total more or less a hundred new hires a day. This also allowed the team to focus on more important task related orientation during onboarding instead of spending a few extra hours with forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

SuccessFactor provides very good analysis.

With the data and factors available, it gives different ways for analysis and reporting.

This proves beneficial for management and users alike to draw various conclusions and knowledge about the resources. Its proves helpful to make decisions and appropriate steps are taken for benefits of resources.

Usage of HANA makes the application faster, and even with huge amount of data , the operations are smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

Cache management bit of pain while using SuccessFactor.

Many a times, we expect some data to be already filled in textboxes/forms, but that does not happen.

This results in rework and makes navigation difficult.I think SF can improve on that.

Also, I feel for starters SF can be a bit confusing, as most of us are used to work on Windows and as such the UI related to SF need time to understand.

Once we are used to the functionality and different features, its okay; but it was bit difficult at the start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a goto tool for all your HRMS related solutions. Its effective, scalable and solves complex queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP SuccessFactors solving and how is that benefiting you?

My work was mostly involved in Analysis & Reporting. This module was the final output of dimensions and data which a company uses. Reporting used the concept of Cubes, which was very useful in drawing analysis of the organisation progress and handiness.

By application of different formulas, SF helped in knowing the benchstrength of different projects, potential resources and estimate costs involved in different sections.
