What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

Successfactors extended it's platform to customers to self learn lot of the back-end activity by migrating lot of the back-end fields like Business rules, Data models to front-end and had reduced the dependency towards SF-Consultant.

Easy to integrate with 3rd party applications with API protocol

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

If the data centers are maintained the home country it will be so great.

Example:- My organization is from India and my instance gets hosted in Australian data center and forced to follow Australian time zone on dated entities. Logic which we built based on Today () feature is getting impacted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Successfactors is a great HR platform where you shall able to use all the modules and enhance front-end instance with minimum support from partner if admin from customer has good techno-functional knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

I like the complexity of the suit and how it tackles the whole employee life cycle. I like there are constantly added new procedures and improvements to ease our work with the system. I've recently discovered mass changes for example and this is a very useful feature. I also like the support SAP SF is offering to its customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

The interface is a bit old fashioned and sometimes some features are not so intuitive to use because of that. I am sure that things will improve as I could see the change coming for the backend of the Learning Module. So, keep up the good work! I wish there would be a better connection between learning and the other modules. I would also appreciate an easier way to report on the learning items completed by the user and to have more information in the reports. I would also like a bit more flexibility in adding, removing or editing certain fields - e.g. in Onboarding module or in the Offboarding module. Maybe my requests are contradictory to the business modules, but these would be some cool features to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's important to take your time when going for SAP SF implementation and analyze your business needs carefully. Make sure you study carefully the workbooks and you involve various stakeholders to ensure that you have taken the right decisions. Plan properly and test. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP SuccessFactors solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me, SAP SF is the single source of truth when it comes to the employee data. The reporting part is of utmost importance for forecasting and understanding the financial implications of human resources. Also, we can track changes in multiple areas such as learning, we can store evaluations of employees' performance and we can use all this information for career development and progression.
