I like the complexity of the suit and how it tackles the whole employee life cycle. I like there are constantly added new procedures and improvements to ease our work with the system. I've recently discovered mass changes for example and this is a very useful feature. I also like the support SAP SF is offering to its customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface is a bit old fashioned and sometimes some features are not so intuitive to use because of that. I am sure that things will improve as I could see the change coming for the backend of the Learning Module. So, keep up the good work! I wish there would be a better connection between learning and the other modules. I would also appreciate an easier way to report on the learning items completed by the user and to have more information in the reports. I would also like a bit more flexibility in adding, removing or editing certain fields - e.g. in Onboarding module or in the Offboarding module. Maybe my requests are contradictory to the business modules, but these would be some cool features to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
