What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

I like the tile style display it's different. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

We use this as our ATS and I don't like how when and the candidate accepts an offer the position title/requisition stays on my que. Like why can't it go into a different area/ chance colors/ be on hold? Something that lets the user no this req is does not need attention and then disappear once the start date has happened.

Also, I don't like you have to go through each tab to move a candidate. Sometimes I candidate is not screened its goes directly from New Applicant to Interviewing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Problem Solved: It's our ATS (applicant tracking system) so all applicants are in one place

SuccessFactors allows you to do several HR functions under one software. Easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are so many capabilities of the software that at times it can be overwhelming or you feel you aren't utilizing it to its fullest Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

I receive email notifications when a new course or training has been assigned to me along with follow up emails if i forget to complete one Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

Some of the classes are rather long and time consuming since you are unable to skip sections you alresdy learned or know about Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
