What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

I enjoy how intuitive the interface is. I appreciate the proxy feature from an admin perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

When making employee updates on the UI, it can take quite a few steps without the ability to leverage keyboard shortcuts. This is in contrast to how SAP had set up their previous HCM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SAP SuccessFactors is a really useful, smooth running system. It's very easy to navigate, and shows relevant information on each employee's profile. It can be used company wide, and is typically a pleasant experience for the user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

Personalization on SAP SuccessFactors can be difficult to personalize for each personal user. Each profile picture has to be very small in size before it'll upload. So trying to crop a photo can be an unnecessarily, tedious task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

SuccessFactors is a Cloud-based Product suit used to handle end-to-end Human Resource(HR) functions starting from Recruiting the candidate, Payroll, business alignment, etc. SuccessFactors can also integrate with other ERP business suits with Cloud Platform Integration(CPI). The main key futures of SuccessFactors are 'Learning' 'Recruiting & Development. Unlike other peers, SAP is often used to release a new version with new futures.

SAP also provides its standard JobListing Portal with all functionality that is required for JobSeekers, in case if we need to enhance the portal, we can use additional functionality we can enhance the portal as per our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

I don't think there is anything to dislike, cos SAP itself provides Standard Objects for most of the functionality there is nothing to dislike about this.

Even thinking from the developer's perspective it has lots of options to integrate and play with it. So I don't think there are many Cons in SuccessFactors Because it is the whole of a package which has all inbuilt functions for running the business as smoother as possible. Yes, SAP Successfactor is highly recommended even for SME and large scale buisness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP SuccessFactors solving and how is that benefiting you?

It always depends on business needs on how it was operated within and out of the organization. If business functionality is very complex then obviously building solutions will be complex. But SAP itself is providing most of the functionality as an in-built Standard solution, there will be less possibility for building fresh new business objects.

I disliked the fact that it does not merge/work well with other software services. The reports only come out as the service allows and not in custom formats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

I like the ability to mark trainings as completed in mass and I also like the ability to delete goals in mass. I also like how the learner can select the observer for the observation checklist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

I dislike the reporting features or lack thereof immensely. One of the main reasons to provide compliance training to employees is to be able to report on the results accurately to OSHA and this system does not accomodate basic reporting needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP SuccessFactors solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have not solved any issues with successfactors. Cornerstone on demand is the superior talent management system platform. One of the few benefits we have seen with successfactors is having slightly more flexibility with the comp statements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
