What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

Integrated HRMS solution from Recruitment Management, On-boarding, Employee central (with Contract employees and different types of employees), Appraisal, Talent, and Learning management system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

When compare to Workday or PeopleSoft. Successfactors lacks at customization and easy to use. Need some improvement on UX for self-service usecase. But better than Oracle EBS and Fusion, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?

SuccessFactors makes both the recruiting process and the onboarding process much easier for new employees. At a glance, you can see the job requirements, candidate documents, offer letters, plus much more. It has a very lovely workflow built into the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?

I have been using SuccessFactors to track my own goals and other personal documents and more recently became involved with the onboarding process of new employees. I can say that I cannot think of any negative comments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP SuccessFactors solving and how is that benefiting you?

The most significant benefit from SuccessFactors is seeing and tracking all employee-related information in one system. As I mentioned, it also contains a very nice workflow system that allows for a seamless approval process from one function to another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- The process and workflow in the SuccessFactors system is great

- Customization possibility in the system

- Automated notifications from the system on the workflow process are outstanding

- Ease of use of the system by the new employee(s)

- Upgradation of the system by the SAP SuccessFactors

- System integration between development to testing environment tools is a big help for the system admin

- The SuccessFactors system can be integrated with another system such as SAP Jam, etc., which is very useful

- Users can quickly learn the system on their own, which is a big positive

- The system documentation from the SAP is beneficial and readily available

- SuccessFactors system support from the SAP team is great

- The look and feel of the system is amazing

- The mobile application of the SuccessFactors system is available on all the platform

Below are things which can be improved in the system in a future release

- Customization limitations needs improvement

- System integration limitations need to be taken care of by the system automatically

- Upgrade needs to be limited once a year or less. Current up-gradation process is twice a year which is making the system admin task difficulty
