- System integration between development to testing environment tools is a big help for the system admin
- The SuccessFactors system can be integrated with another system such as SAP Jam, etc., which is very useful
- Users can quickly learn the system on their own, which is a big positive
- The system documentation from the SAP is beneficial and readily available
- SuccessFactors system support from the SAP team is great
- The look and feel of the system is amazing
- The mobile application of the SuccessFactors system is available on all the platform

Below are things which can be improved in the system in a future release
- Customization limitations needs improvement
- System integration limitations need to be taken care of by the system automatically
- Upgrade needs to be limited once a year or less. Current up-gradation process is twice a year which is making the system admin task difficulty
