What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?
SuccessFactors is an exhaustive software with a lot of features that cover all HR domains.
I used SuccessFactors on the learning modules and the tool offers so many fields that enable complete, exhaustive and interesting reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?
The design of the platform should be improved and you need 2 weeks of onboarding on SAP to really feel comfortable with the software.
SAP Successfactors does not allow e-learning creation and social learning in opposite to other LMS.

We had an in house individual that was able to make the modifications that we needed to the software because they were certified. Having that was nice as it made the updates quicker than going through the company directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's not a good looking software. You should also expect to have extensive training on the software. It's not the most intuitive software. It's not impossible to learn on your own but it will take a good amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Interface and functionality available in Success Factors, there are plenty of integration API s available by which you can integrate this with any kind of other solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
