What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?
I can say that what I like most about the platform is its wide range of tools for human capital management. From recruitment and selection to employee development and retention, SuccessFactors can do it all.
In particular, the Performance Management feature has been very useful for me, as it allows me to set clear goals, evaluate my performance, and receive feedback from my supervisors and colleagues. What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?
What I like least about SuccessFactors is the learning curve that I had to overcome at first. Although the platform is easy to use once you get the hang of it, the initial learning process can be a bit overwhelming, especially if you've never used similar software before.
I've also noticed that, at times, the platform can be a bit slow, especially when handling large amounts of data. Although this hasn't caused me any major issues, it can be a bit frustrating when it comes to meeting tight deadlines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors?
You automatically see the oragnizational char of the people that work in your company and know who to send what. And it has tones of features that can work very well with what my company needs. What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors?
Well sometimes when there are a lot of forms in the inbox i get confused which one is which. Ther is no eas of access to this part you kind of have to look "manually", like scroll down. I have worked in various companies, while I used this software during my internship at Hitachi India Pvt Ltd, I really like the interactiveness of the software, the UI, and attendance taking capabilities and all the leaves record. this is not a legit review, im doing this for my secondary mkt research, I have some experience with sap at my previous workplace, enjoyed it a lot, especially intelligent asset manager and c4c and of course sap fsm Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?
sap in general makes it super hard to jump to another software, even basic data migration from sap to say gcp or aws is a headache, be it through segw or another method, which I'm forgetting rn what its called. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
