What do you like best about SalesHood?

I have a sales team of 20 people, spread across the globe. Saleshood enables me to run coordinated global sales training (without having people dial in at midnight) which adds real value, and creates a team environment. We have created a full 12-month sales training Learning Path to align with SDR onboarding, taking them from fresh-faced newbie to ready to step up to AE.

What do you like best about SalesHood?

I like the ability to create client sites and share information with customers using the client sites - gives it a touch of class. The way information such as product datasheets, training, videos are organised makes it easy to search and find the items that you are looking for.

What do you dislike about SalesHood?

I think the user interface can be better - you can find what you want but the interface design looks pretty basic. I think it can be improved, perhaps using tiles instead of just rectangular blocks across the page. That's just my opinion anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SalesHood solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. Sharing product information with customers - all my customers need to do is go to the client sites and they can find what they are looking for at the sites.

2. Product feature introduction and training - short training videos for customers to access and learn the new features, quick and easy.

What do you like best about SalesHood?

It allows for many customizations for how videos are both displayed and recorded. It integrates seamlessly with our other training tools, allowing it to be connected directly with our many platforms and new trainings. What do you like best about SalesHood?

We are very early stages of rolling out SalesHood to our entire team and thus far it's been a fantastic tool. We're currently utilizing a new tool they rolled out called, SalesRooms. What do you like best about SalesHood?

SalesHood is flexible enough of a tool that I can make it my central "Sales Wiki" for our GTM team. The UI is easy for our GTM team to navigate, and it dramatically reduces the requests from the field of "where is this {content]" that goes to my team. It's also easy to use as an admin when it comes to building new training content, and when I do need help, the CSM and support team are quick to respond. Appreciate all the support from Danica. What do you dislike about SalesHood?

Although SalesHood is very flexible, i do find that some of the instructional design capabilities to be lacking compared to other Sales Enablement Platforms. We leverage a workaround with SCORM files by using a separate tool called Articulate, but it would be nice to have some of those features within SalesHood natively.

Also, my company recently transitioned from Google to Microsoft (btw, dont recommend this), but the integration that SalesHood has with the google productivity suite is better than with the Microsoft productivity suite (currently sharepoint only and not OneDrive) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SalesHood solving and how is that benefiting you?

Primary use case is on-demand micro-training and content management (sales resources, templates, slides,e tc.)

It is still difficult for me to locate where it is especially when I know a certain document used to exist but unable to find it on Saleshood. What do you like best about SalesHood?

SalesHood is like a simple-to-use tool that helps sales teams. They love it because of its simplicity in terms of beginning with it. It is very interesting to individuals and hence they are able to do more work. And if at any time you feel like you need assistance, then their support team is just excellent. What do you like best about SalesHood?

What I love most about Saleshood is how it brings everything a sales/support team needs into one place. It makes training and coaching easy and practical by allowing team members to share best practices, collaborate, and learn from each other. The Platform is also user-friendly and helps track progress and performance, making it much easier to see what's working and where improvements are needed. Overall, it boots productivity and helps the sales/support team achieve their goals faster.

What do you dislike about SalesHood?

what I find frustrating about Saleshood is that it can sometimes feel overwhelming with all its features. It can take a while to get used to everything and figure out how to navigate the platform efficiently. Also, the customization options can be limited, making it hard to tailor the experience to your team's needs. Occasionally. there can be technical glitches that disrupt the workflow.

One more thing that I don't like about it is not everyone finds easy to integrate and sometimes the customer support is won't understand what exactly we wanted to say. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SalesHood?

At the moment, Saleshood offers such an easy-to-understand instructional and training method with accurate and pertinent data for every subject that a particular one can find discussion on. With SalesHood, the training and enabling of new staff are very easy, and new information and training are at one's fingertips, even on hours outside of the office. What problems is SalesHood solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have used SalesHood to improve things in 3 specific areas:

- New Hire on-boarding: We are using SalesHood for on-boarding new Sage colleagues. With SalesHood, we created a new sales on-boarding system that eliminated the "cram it all in" nature of our previous classes. Under the old system, new hire training could take anywhere from 3-6 weeks of dedicated face time from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. With the new on-boarding training, my time is now split into various shorter workshops over the course of the training. It has turned our On-boarding process from an event into a journey. Through SalesHood, our on-boarding can easily be extended and measured, so our colleagues can get what they need to start, and then some real-time experience before we bring them back in for scheduled Instructor Lead Training sessions.

- Training for new products and solutions: In my first real experience with SalesHood, our team was tasked to handle training for our Small Business sales team on our new ISV Marketplace. We had to get over 100 sales colleagues, both on campus and remote, up to speed on what our new Marketplace was, what it did, and the ISVs that would be populating the Marketplace on Day 1. We also had a very tight window (about 2.5 weeks) to do this.

We used SalesHood to create the Huddles for the individual solutions and to schedule the training for the teams. We had one of the ISVs visiting our campus spot quiz some of our sales colleagues on their solution. The ISV wanted to check in with the reps and see if they felt comfortable with their pitches, pricing and where to guide their customers in the ISV Marketplace.

Here are some of the comments that were made by the ISV:

“Some of these sales guys could pitch the product better than I can”

“I am seriously impressed with the level of knowledge these reps were able to retain in such a quick amount of time”

“Loved the enthusiasm and energy of the reps we met with”

Considering that I was a relative newbie with SalesHood at this time (although this baptism by fire has made me very familiar with SalesHood now), I was pleased to hear this from the ISV! While I was already convinced that SalesHood would be an awesome tool, once I was able to personally use the tool and see the results myself, I was sold even more.

- Continuing Education: I am using SalesHood with various teams at Sage for ongoing training. I use SalesHood to schedule their training sessions, and Managers get updates on what their teams complete.
