What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

It brings about all the customer's data onto a single platform to track their entire journey onto 1 interface right when he came into our system be it through various different channels and modes i.e. either inbound or outbound through marketing or direct sales and up until it is eithwer closed win or closed lost. It can be integrated with almost all the ERPs. I use it daily for all my customer interactions and it can be created and reports can be created in any shape or form and it is very easy to use once you get accustomed. Implementation is easy. What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I had to manage all the leads in an exce sheet with limited visibility on the followups & connect in 1 lead in multiple accounts and multiple leads in 1 accounts which is being solved by Salesforce, through timely reminders, altogether visibility of each & every activity in salesforce itself which makes it easy for all the departments to manage & track the performance & progress for the whole company to see Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would say it is best software or service available out there. Giving their tons of features of every aspect of features in it.

I think it might me cost for new user and you have to learn how to customize it because it can be difficult when it starts.

What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The best thing about Salesforce Sales cloud is the access to all information regarding accounts in my base, I am able to use this information to engage with my customers, keep track of revenue, look at future opportunities, track meetings and also review my day to day activities. What problems is Salesforce Sales Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

This product allows us to accurately provide account information to our clients but also internally when discussing certain issues. It allows us to see exactly when clients have been engaged, we are able to keep track of the frequency of engagement and also set up tasks for future activities so we get to stay on top of everything. I love the fact that all contract information is always available, all documents are stores and all valuable information regarding the account is on hand in an instant. What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

How it effectivly manages and processes lage amount of information. The other avialble options I had, couldn't switch between analytical apporaches as fact, orwhere able to create as much customization - in order to drive the best out of our data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's graffics for the reports are really good, but the pivot table analisis caps out at 4 variables, and the grpahics cap out at 2 variables, and only allow one type of graph, intestead of cross graphing.

Most helpful in salesforce cloud is of course having arranged leads for me to locate which one to contact weather hot or cold leads. I do not have any dislikes about sales force sales cloud but a recommendation actually on adding solid colors for us to indentify which leads are needed to be called or which leads are old leads, to help us identify at the same time much more easier which ones are the latest or oldest leads to contact, but so far the salesforce sales cloud is all good in terms of the tools that what we need. Well for me salesforce cloud is solving if ever I lost a certain lead that I have accidently remove I can find it thru the recent leads that were open. That is very beneficial at the same time. With it being so wide in use it is not difficult to find tips from the greater User community on how to do things in the platform. Make sure that you have your lead processes and timings mapped out before you implement. You may want to make sure that you have templates for lead notifications and other notifications in the system before you go -live, to help make sure that communications are standardized. The pro is also the con - because of the vast customization options, it's easy to have built for one department that doesn't translate to others. For example, our org built it out for Finance rather than Sales initially so some of the buildout doens't make sense. This is definitely not a product fault, of course, but ideally, there would be a way to make different templates or versions ot be used by different departments. What problems is Salesforce Sales Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

As someone in a joint Account Executive/Account Manager role, it's important for me to be able to manage, from a high level and also a drilldown, all existing customers and prospects and the stages that each opportunity is in. I love the dynamic nature of report building and the ability to filter or categorize by virtually any field based on what is important to me. The vast amount of integrations (I currently use the BoostUp, Docusign and Clari (Groove) integrations) helps me keep one centralized space to track and plan for all my sales opportunities.

I think Salesforce can be overwhelming for a new rep or user to pick up. It is not particularly aesthetic and the UI isn't always easy to navigate. It's kind of similar to snowboarding; as they say, "hard to learn, easy to master." For more seasoned reps, it can be a super powerful tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its kanban boards and sales path.Cutomizable real time reports and dashboards.Its process builder and workflow rules streamline the sales cycle.Salesforce mobile app allows to access CRM from anywhere.It provides accurate AI based sales forecasts.It has a feature called chatterwhich allows to share updates within salesforce quickly.I have been regularly using this tool for past 5 years for my day to day work.
