It brings about all the customer's data onto a single platform to track their entire journey onto 1 interface right when he came into our system be it through various different channels and modes i.e. either inbound or outbound through marketing or direct sales and up until it is eithwer closed win or closed lost. It can be integrated with almost all the ERPs. I use it daily for all my customer interactions and it can be created and reports can be created in any shape or form and it is very easy to use once you get accustomed. Implementation is easy. I would say it is best software or service available out there. Giving their tons of features of every aspect of features in it.

I think it might me cost for new user and you have to learn how to customize it because it can be difficult when it starts.

The best thing about Salesforce Sales cloud is the access to all information regarding accounts in my base, I am able to use this information to engage with my customers, keep track of revenue, look at future opportunities, track meetings and also review my day to day activities. How it effectivly manages and processes lage amount of information. The other avialble options I had, couldn't switch between analytical apporaches as fact, orwhere able to create as much customization - in order to drive the best out of our data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's graffics for the reports are really good, but the pivot table analisis caps out at 4 variables, and the grpahics cap out at 2 variables, and only allow one type of graph, intestead of cross graphing.

Most helpful in salesforce cloud is of course having arranged leads for me to locate which one to contact weather hot or cold leads. I do not have any dislikes about sales force sales cloud but a recommendation actually on adding solid colors for us to indentify which leads are needed to be called or which leads are old leads, to help us identify at the same time much more easier which ones are the latest or oldest leads to contact, but so far the salesforce sales cloud is all good in terms of the tools that what we need. Salesforce.com has been easy to use and it has a very good partner community. With it being so wide in use it is not difficult to find tips from the greater User community on how to do things in the platform. The pro is also the con - because of the vast customization options, it's easy to have built for one department that doesn't translate to others. For example, our org built it out for Finance rather than Sales initially so some of the buildout doens't make sense. This is definitely not a product fault, of course, but ideally, there would be a way to make different templates or versions ot be used by different departments. Nothing to dislike about this tool but salesforce is cosidered expensive so pricing can be an issue for small companies.While salesforce is highly customizable, extensive modification require experienced developer.Sometimes its slow while loading the dashboards or reports particularly when there is a significant data volume.
