Salesforce Sales Cloud is a powerful, all-in-one CRM that helps businesses streamline sales processes, improve productivity, and drive revenue growth. One of its standout features is its AI-powered automation, which makes lead management, forecasting, and pipeline tracking incredibly efficient.
The platform’s customizability is another major advantage. Businesses can tailor workflows, reports, and dashboards to fit their unique needs. The integration capabilities with other tools like Slack, Outlook, and third-party apps make collaboration seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Complex Setup & Learning Curve – The platform is highly customizable, but this also makes it difficult to set up and navigate, especially for beginners. New users often require extensive training to use it effectively.
High Cost – Salesforce Sales Cloud is one of the most expensive CRM solutions on the market. The pricing model, with additional costs for add-ons and premium features, can be overwhelming for small and mid-sized businesses.
Occasional Performance Issues – Some users report slow load times, especially when handling large datasets or running complex reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing that i would like from sales cloud is that the creation of case and work orders. It supports customers to interact with people like a social platdorm and getting updates on daily basis. Doing this Everyday it really helps the customers to interact with new peoples and keep on sharing their insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It helps your data stick to one place and has great compatibility to be used with various other applications directly (ease of integration). Beyond this, it also ensures that you can create the dashboards as per your requirements.
You also get to keep visibility of the deals that are being worked upon by your subordinates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't found any downsides as such, instead, I would like to say since I use this daily with ease, the downtime is negligible, and it is easy to implement as well.
Customer support is also reactive and resolves queries immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Customer Relationship Management(CRM) provided by Salesforce which our company frequently uses has helped our company to manage customer data, sales operations, and marketing campaigns. In past days when this platform was not in the market, we used to handle all our customer data manually, which was very time consuming. By using this centralized platform, we can easily manage our business and keep track of customer interactions and sales data.
I can easily integrate it with thirdy party applications, which helps us a lit in doing our work productively. It is also easily accessible from devices such as Mobile application, , Desktop application or Web Browser. We can easily implement customer support and provide best services to the Customers. Sometimes the users feel that the UI of this platform is not easy to navigate.
This platform supports low-code tools but they sometimes not fully address all business needs without more advanced coding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have never had a problem with SF Sales Cloud, it works really good and I have never experienced lags or anything else. Synch is also awesome, any tool that I use can easily connect to the platform. I use SF Everyday, so I have a lot of exp with SF. I am not the person who implemented SF, or connected any tool to SF, but I know that our team actively worked with customer support and it worked really well. Sometimes when we implement new tools, it is really hard to make it synch with SF, but in final it always works without any problems Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Salesforce sales cloud mainly focuses on the sales and different Customer relation management features like workflows to customize the sales process or customized emails for the clients .The ease of implementation is just a wow factor and best of all is it's integration with the APIs and different sales applications .All these features just make the frequency of its usage more .Their customer support is excellent and most of all the platform is very easy to use and not much difficult even for beginners Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is totally nothing much to dislike about the platform .But navigations is sometimes a n issue so other than that everything else is very easy and more features to explore make it a go to tool for every business who are trying to globalize and make an impact. What I like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how it centralizes everything in one place. From tracking leads to managing opportunities, it helps me stay organized and on top of everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I don’t love about Salesforce Sales Cloud is the complexity when it comes to customization. While it’s great that you can tailor the platform to your exact needs, it does require a fair amount of time and expertise to really get it to match your processes. I think the best part about Salesforce Sales Cloud is the Einstein features. With these features the communications automatically sync into the platform from your email provider without much manual intervention. It was super easy to set this up and makes our daily communications sync in real time. I love being able to open up an account and see all of our interactions with those clients stored in one place. I can't think of many things I dislike, the only downsides are hidden upsides. There is a ton of customization available in the platform which is as great as it is tedious and time consuming. The support team is amazing in helping with this though, so there is really no downside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The features I like the most of Salesforce Sales Cloud are-
Lead Management- Capturing leads from multiple sources & automating follow-ups
Opportunity Tracker-Track potential sales, prioritize high-value deals in terms of revenue
Customer Management- Handle crucial customer information, past interactions, and customer survey results securely Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not such a dislike for Salesforce Sales Cloud, but the points I would like to highlight are-
Complex UI- A large set of features can be overwhelming for some new users
Customer Service- Gone through some reviews where some customers report poor customer service at the desk, especially for those not enrolled inpremium plans
Price- I personally consider this an expensive platform, for smaller-sized business another platform would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most is the layout of this software and the endless things you can actually do with it. It's always easy to use and navigate when working with cases or chats. it's also very user friendly and beginner friendly for newbies in the customer support industry. I use this alot as my line of business deals with emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing much just the colors, hoping that it'll be more colorful in the near future. Also if there's an option to group tabs for cases for a much compact view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
