What do you like best about Salesforce Revenue Cloud?

Its very helpful and with a lot of features that i havent heard or seen in other Crm softwares. Thats why its widely by a lot of mid size and large size companies. I use it daily because as a customer success i have to work on my accounts on daily basis in order to keep the renewal pipeline up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salesforce Revenue Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our whole work depends on it. We use Salesforce starting from morning till evening. What benefits us is the variety of tasks we can do on it starting for onboarding a customer till the renewal. It allows us to customize quotes bases on customers requirements at the time of renewal. It has streamlined all our operational work in a better way. We have uploaded each and every information related to a customer account in the SFDC which is easily accessible by every Sale member. We also forecast our renewals and sales deals as well. We use it as our ticket system as well where based on customers queries, we make cases which support works upon later in order to solve those queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salesforce Revenue Cloud?

There is so much you can do with this program. So much detail when it comes to organize the leads to get on the day. I can the date when they inquire, the time line, the program of interest, there is a section for notes. The best part is that it adapts to any department in our organization so now we all can work on the same program sense we all have a section to work on. What do you dislike about Salesforce Revenue Cloud?

As much as I like all the tabs and options. Sometimes can be changeling to find something. You do have to click a few times to get where you want to be just to find a peace of information and them return all the way back to continue. I really don't like that it doesn't recognize that I have it open. For example I am working on a lead inside of SF and a team member share another lead through zoom when I click on the link it open a new SF window instead of just another tab. One of the biggest problems Salesforce Revenue Cloud helped us solve was the disconnect between sales finance and operations. Before everything was fragmented quotes in one system invoices in another and a lot of manual work in between. With Revenue Cloud everything flows seamlessly from quoting to billing to revenue recognition. It’s reduced errors sped up approvals and given us better visibility into cash flow and revenue.
