We are the pioneers of using the Salesforce Revenue cloud and successfully able to implement CPQ and Billing which reduced our credit notes by 80+ % and also improved our realibility of invoices by reducing the rounding errors. Earlier we were using two different vendors , one for CPQ and other for Billing that resulted in lot of issues because of the incompatibility between the vendors and the data model difference of the product catalog.
