It is an excellent tool to personalize web experiences, it helps collect a large amount of data which facilitates the creation of campaigns, it also helps to understand customer behavior, it is very easy to launch new campaigns, it also has a great analysis engine , it has an amazing support team that is always available, it is a very powerful tool that can do almost anything you need. It is a very powerful and intuitive web customization tool, it allows us to configure complex campaigns, it is very easy to carry out new campaigns, it is quite easy to create new segments and use its tools, it is also very good to add messages in the application, it also collects a large amount data, it is also very easy to integrate than any other customization software, it allows us to create incredible campaigns, it also allows us to send messages directly to our clients. I really like the graphical interface that Evergage offers which is intuitive and very well designed, the way the buttons and task bars are structured favor the appearance, creating workflows is very easy as it offers a great variety of processes that can be added to the chain without mentioning that it has customizable notifications that notify of any news in the information chain, allowing the information to be available in real time. Evergage is a somewhat expensive platform, it is robust and consumes a large amount of resources, maintenance costs are usually especially high because it is a platform designed for large companies that handle a large amount of information, that is why its use is recommended for large companies that have the solvency to amortize said cost. The Evergage 1 cloud platform gives us the possibility to quantify qualitative aspects, allowing us to measure aspects such as satisfaction, the degree of loyalty, as well as the experience of our users, that is the added value that Evergage offers, in addition to providing us with information valuable. The best thing is that we obtain this information indirectly from customers without them having to answer annoying surveys, they are data that is collected by the use that they give to our virtual platforms. In general terms it is an incredible platform that taught me aspects of marketing that I did not know yet, it taught me to measure qualitative factors and to have a better reading of indicators and statistics, it is true that it is a complex platform, whose adaptation process can be slow, but once you become familiar you begin to see the results and the learning is rewarding. I like how many functions there are that you can utilize personalization on your site (campaigns, recipes, segments, third party integrations, etc.). The segments also allow us to do further deep dives into data about our users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few quirks, like having to log out and log back in once updating a recipe or campaign, but other than that it is pretty straightforward and easy to use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their visual editor UI is lacking. I started off using it (I didn't know HTML/CSS at the beginning) and now I only code things myself and haven't touched the visual editor in months. From my understanding, this is a huge priority for Evergage and I imagine after a few months this part of my review will be irrelevant. It would be great to see this improved Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Support seems to be knowledge and helpful when I ask questions about the product. Additionally, when submitting a support ticket the responses I receive are prompt and thorough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface isn't very intuitive at all, unfortunately. There have been many times where certain things work in one area but not in another (i.e. the date parameters in the top right corner of the platform applying to data).
Additionally, it feels like the email program within the platform is immature. As we've gone through setting up our abandoned cart program with Evergage, it feels as though many things such as setup structure, rules, subscriber info, journey, etc. haven't been thought through completely or thoroughly vetted to ensure that things are up and running smoothly right away. In going through the setup process, we continue to run into use cases of occurrences that hadn't been considered that, in my mind, should be part of a standard journey process setup for the type of email at hand.
