I enjoy the opportunity to personalize as much as you like and the product's flexibility to adjust on the go. They provide developers with various ways to access campaigns or events to ensure that the user experience is excellent. Interaction Studio is also adaptable enough to link with other systems for feature flagging or analytics, giving you even more control over your app.

Marketing Cloud allows the mix of data with the Einstein tool so that interactions can be organised and planned with the help of AI. Therefore, the platform enables customised communication and chit chat with customers, based on their relationship and history with the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Salesforce is an incredible platform that offers us a large number of variants that allow us to determine the behavior of a user on our digital platforms, it is an intuitive and quite analytical software that collects the information provided by each user and determines their tastes and preferences based on this. needs, allowing our marketing team and sales force to create products focused on meeting the specific needs of each user. I would like the platform to be a little simpler, because personally I consider it to be very robust because it contains too much information at first glance, which tends to confuse the first time you use it, it has a large number of alternatives and variants that a process of training to be able to use it correctly, in this regard it would be useful for the software provider to have more channels of attention and technical support to help with the different requirements that may arise. We have managed to automate many processes, especially the sales processes and product creation based on the information collected by the Salesforce software that not only collects the information but also performs real-time analysis of user behavior on the web, which which allows us to know these needs in real time and focus our efforts on creating specific strategies for each user, these have allowed us to increase sales by a percentage greater than 20% in the last quarter.
