What do you like best about Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio)?

Very easy to integrate and use with an existing CMS. The ease of use enabled us to hit the ground running, find low hanging fruit and incrementally scale from there. Additionally, I find once the contract is signed with a supplier, all of a sudden it is harder and harder to reach customer service or your account manager. This is not the case with Evergage, they are always there to support and help in any way possible. Another plus is that Evergage also allows us to personalize emails in real-time, something many competitors were not able to do, at the time of our market scan. At the beginning it was hard to understand how to build machine learning recipes, wasn't fully clear with the generic training. If you website does not have a strong taxonomy and meta data you have to play around a lot in the catalog and to build actions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been able to scale rather quickly, faster then anticipated for sure! The tool has allowed us to start personalizing based on existing data as well as predictive data for our large area of clients.
