What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Salesforce CRM provides you the best customer relationship management. It provide you custom reports which help you in business analytics. It is perfect for sales team and it keeps track of all sales information that is related for you. It is well integrated and provides you top level of customer supports. It also manages our social media accounts. It provides you email marketing and Facebook posting as well. It enables you to segment large amount of data of user. What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

It can be hacked easily if you have large data set will take a lot of time. It is not consistent and there is no notification of knowing is your query has finished or not. Random items can easily be shared. It is costly. It is very expensive for small business and will need investment on training as well and it is time consuming in learning as well. Salesforce is best for email automation and provides us best marketing. It provides us pre schedule communication internal communications as well. What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I love to use SalesForce integration. Its very easy to use this and create leads in this integration. I used this to create leads via activecampaign.Also, use this to send the campaign to the salesforce record of leads or contacts. I started using this 2 years ago and It really helped me to engage with the customer and increase the revenue. we can send marketing emails sequence vise via setting a trigger based on form submissions or deal. I like about this is when any lead status changes it automatically updated the data and reflected in activecampaign or whether any changes made in activecampaign it automatically changes in salesforce. SalesFoce is really helpful and powerful CRM. This help me to manage the sales also help our sales team with the challenges they faced. The platform is source where we can get everything in one platform like deals and other data. I used other also but there I was facing issues with the lead tracking but once I started using the salesforce Ican get the deal or pipeline status and take action in real time. What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I like how it is easy to use salesforce to update on different issues faced by various customers. It is easy to implement various criteria as well in salesforce. We are also able to upload our own knowledge articles, and so everyone else will be able to gain the knowledge from it. The platform is user-friendly because if i need to find a particular knowledge article or a particular case related to a customer, this platform allows to send SMS's , emails, create fault cases and helps to distinguish between each of those. I am able to assign cases to myself and change owners of the cases. It has very clear instructions on how things should be done. Our company has integrated it very well with our companies other websites, so we are able to directly communicate between salesforce and other websites. Agents in our company always use salesforce. It is used to update about each and every interaction we have with our customer. Due to this we are able to assist the customers effectively, by referring previous case notes that are updated by previous agents, thereby making customer support reliable. Salesforce helps solve customer issues, anything that is related to customer enquiries. Sales enquiries, technical support, provisioning, fault tickets and also it provides knowledge based on various areas, which we can use to assist customers. So in conclusion it benefits me because, it allows me to help troubleshoot issues effectively and time efficiently as there are previously updated case notes by other agents. What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The best thing that i would like from sales cloud is that the creation of case and work orders. It supports customers to interact with people like a social platdorm and getting updates on daily basis. It helps your data stick to one place and has great compatibility to be used with various other applications directly (ease of integration). Beyond this, it also ensures that you can create the dashboards as per your requirements.

I haven't found any downsides as such, instead, I would like to say since I use this daily with ease, the downtime is negligible, and it is easy to implement as well.

In past days when this platform was not in the market, we used to handle all our customer data manually, which was very time consuming. By using this centralized platform, we can easily manage our business and keep track of customer interactions and sales data.

I can easily integrate it with thirdy party applications, which helps us a lit in doing our work productively. What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

I have never had a problem with SF Sales Cloud, it works really good and I have never experienced lags or anything else. Synch is also awesome, any tool that I use can easily connect to the platform. I use SF Everyday, so I have a lot of exp with SF. I am not the person who implemented SF, or connected any tool to SF, but I know that our team actively worked with customer support and it worked really well. We needed a good CRM system and we got it. It affects my sales work positively, since it is really easy to create a new dashboard, lead list or anything else. Also I can control all the info I need into any list, which is really cool. To get some benchamarks SF is also awesome, much better than HubSpot. Also updates are really cool.
