What do you dislike about Salesforce Commerce for B2C?

My biggest gripe with Salesforce Commerce for B2C is that it can be pretty complex and pricey to set up, especially if you want to customize features. Sometimes it feels like you need a lot of technical expertise to make adjustments, and the platform can be a bit slow with heavy traffic. Also, the learning curve is steep for new team members. What do you like best about Salesforce Commerce for B2C?

The program was very good and held a lot of information that was needed for our contract. The program was pretty easy to use and worked great most of the time with no issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Commerce for B2C?

Had a lot of issues during updates, whether that was Salesforce updates or updates with our systems. We had a lot of problems when updates would happen that the entire system would shut down which cause massive delays on our end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
