Had a lot of issues during updates, whether that was Salesforce updates or updates with our systems. We had a lot of problems when updates would happen that the entire system would shut down which cause massive delays on our end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The program was a great upgrade to our original program for our contract. The training by the Salesforce team was great as well. The program itself was a huge benefit when it was first introduced. It made keeping up with all of our clients and information much easier, it was easier for us to train new employees on and just in general it made our jobs a lot easier.
