It is a very intuitive and user friendly platform and helped me set up my ecom platform. The customer support is prompt and have always been very proactive with their response. I used it for 6 months and didn't face much issues while doing so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Commerce for B2C?

Nothing to dislike as such. It felt a little expensive given our team's budget restraints and we also had to wait for the delivery. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The contract management and the way it handles the invoicing stuff. It is very user friendly and can be integrated with various accounting systems easily. The customer support is also very efficient and I use this software almost every other day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
