Overall, Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud is easy to use and very flexible for the brand.It has Ease of Implemention. I have only been using it for 1 years and have already found it user friendly and easy to adapt to in order to execute e-commerce tasks for my role. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Commerce for B2C?

SFCC also does not keep me logged in for very long - I feel like I am kicked out within minutes when I'm in the middle of a task. Lastly, I wish you could preview the on-site expectation of the feature you are setting up without having to go to the staging site and mimicking the journey to make it appear. What do you like best about Salesforce Commerce for B2C?

I am working on Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C from last 4 year and the best thing I like about it is that they highly adapt latest technology practices currently in used in ecommerce domain. That was the platform always stay in high demand for Brand looking for building a robust system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Commerce for B2C?

The only downside that I feel is that the system is closed source. You have to be associated with there partner to get a sandbox where you can learn and practice.

But I don't think this will stay that was for long as Saleforce is recently working on making documentation and resources more presentable, and available and probably are working on this as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Salesforce Commerce B2C has a history on providing the most reliable platform which is why all those brands looking for a reliable B2C experience for there customers, go for it.

What do you like best about Salesforce Commerce for B2C?

The features that are provided out of the box are awesome. It covers many aspects of all the generic E-commerce needs out of the box. Love the support and constant improvement that it provides for developers and the customers. My most adored feature is its checkout flow and how they made it more like a single-page application. What do you dislike about Salesforce Commerce for B2C?

It tends to hang up a lot or is very slow when it comes to developing in lower environments. But I guess it cannot be made any faster considering all its features and the customer handling capabilities. Still a lot of bugs in the system. But love the fact that the engineering teams address it separately. Handling storefronts could be made better. Maybe provide the build tools out of the box, instead of using the whole NPM or Yarn, and making the system heavy. Hope this is good. Excuse the bad choices of words. What problems is Salesforce Commerce for B2C solving and how is that benefiting you?

Introducing SFRA architecture improved code optimization. Also made me stick on it since SiteGenesis Controllers and Pipeline were becoming a pain in the bottom. Logcenter is a lifesaver. The page designer is great. Does need to make code changes every time for static content. Deprecating ServiceRegistry and just keeping LocalServiceRegistry was a great move. Love it!
