There are few things I personally dont like about Salesforce Commerce for B2C:

a>The sandbox credit is very costly

b>The inbuilt cdn cloudfare is not providing much functionalities compared to other 3rd party cdn

Salesforce Commerce for B2C solving many problems for the business as well as the customers. It can handle multi channels,and that eventually increases the sales.It is a scalable product so the platform can grow with the business also. It is having its own inventory management and order fulfillment tools which are very beneficial for business. So its really benefitting not only me but all the users/customers/business.
