Here are some of the things that I like best about Salesforce Commerce for B2C --
a>The user interface is so good
b>The experience is far better than other products in the ecommerce ecosystem
c>It is intuitive enough for all the new users
d>It allows our businesses to sell in a proper Customer 360 way
e>It lets businesses build marketing or promotional campaigns, view product catalogs, merchandise and prices on a unified platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are few things I personally dont like about Salesforce Commerce for B2C:
a>The sandbox credit is very costly
b>The inbuilt cdn cloudfare is not providing much functionalities compared to other 3rd party cdn
c>things might be overwhelming for a new user if he/she is asked to manage the administration part also cause there are lots of features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
