What do you like best about Salesforce Commerce for B2C?

The best feature which I persoanlly liked in salesforce commerce for B2C is the integrated disruptive AI technology which is taking this product to one step ahead as compared to any other crm in the industry.

The customers get a facility to have instant interaction with the help of embedded AI technology in the salesforce commerce platform and that helps the customers to stay engaged while being in the platform page and n turns increase the time spent by the customer in the platform page and also increass the possbility of sales. What do you dislike about Salesforce Commerce for B2C?

The one thing which I disliked about salesforce commerce for B2C was actually it's higher price point which I felt as a bt on an expensive side and I felt that, the pprce fixing for the salesforce commerce for B2C could have been on a bit more price effective side. There are many problems which Salesforce has solved and to name two important problems which salesforce has solved:

1) Solving the language barrier- Since salesforce commerce for B2C platform has the feature whch has embedded multi language support, so it is disruptng the borders and going international. With presence of diverse languages across the world, this feature stands out in the platform to help the ease of use for internationally.

2) The second problem which salesforce commerce for B2C is solving is also its one of the main usp whch is, beng a cloud platform. The high agility and adoption rate to incorporate any new feature, cutting edge new technology, embeddeding AI , etc, is disruptng the old times when innovaton was very slow.

These features helped me to:

Expanding the global network as the language barrier was overcome in the platform of salesforce commerce for B2C. Also, the feature of innovation equipped platform helped in developing a platform which has all the new cutting edge technolgies or a platform which is ready to adopt any new cutting edge technologies and walk the talk with the rapidly changing world. The UI is undoubtedly amazing. It gives me a wide range of tools on the platform to manage online retail operations. And as we already know it is very scalable.
