What do you dislike about Salesforce Commerce for B2C?

Salesforce purchased this platform in the last year or so. It used to be called DemandWare, and it was awful. Salesforce has done a lot of quality work to improve it, but it still carries a lot of the limitations and technical debt we dealt with on DemandWare. I dislike that the tool is not very intuitive and it is highly configurable so it requires lots of training and even then not everyone has the time to use it to its full capacity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Know that the price you pay up front is only a fraction of what you will pay over the lifetime of the product. It requires lots of configuration and a whole team to support the use and improvement of the product.
