We switched to this from an internal system, and our jobs have been considerably more difficult since the changeover. Nothing is intuitive, everything involves more steps than should be necessary, the views are confusing, information is poorly organised, and the system is plagued with glitches and things that we are simply unable to do. Salesforce in a whole is pretty user friendly. I like that I can access my contacts easily and pull reports whenever needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the reporting tool should come with more explanations. I have been using it for many years so I pretty familiar with it's functionality but I think there should be pop ups or an easily accessible FAQ on how to customize reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
