We are in FMCG, and we have a large base of retailers. We can track the lead and even get a detailed analysis of the business. The best feature of this software is its compatibility with other software. We can associate it with our local intranet & other software. Users can get trained through online/offline mode as the abundance of training material is available on the internet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes, we are unable to open it due to the double authentication feature. However, we can get it turned off by requesting support. The mobile app should have more functions within itself. It requires internet, and at many places in India, 4G network is not available, so sometimes it hampers the work progress due to poor network.
