With SFCC development is very much sustainable and forward-looking. I have been able to build so many reusable components for the Page Designer model that can be used in other future projects and can allow Merchandisers to make their own customizations to the storefront without the developer's involvement. What do you like best about Salesforce Commerce for B2C?

We are in FMCG, and we have a large base of retailers. We can track the lead and even get a detailed analysis of the business. The best feature of this software is its compatibility with other software. We can associate it with our local intranet & other software. Users can get trained through online/offline mode as the abundance of training material is available on the internet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Commerce for B2C?

Sometimes, we are unable to open it due to the double authentication feature. However, we can get it turned off by requesting support. The mobile app should have more functions within itself. It requires internet, and at many places in India, 4G network is not available, so sometimes it hampers the work progress due to poor network. We can efficiently handle the business of our large base of customers.

I like how there are tons of graph charts and pie charts. It makes tracking all my information and day-to-day grinds available in an easily accessible manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it will not fully engage with playbooks. Overall I think the part I dislike is not having more tabs with separate general info. It seems a bit overcrowded with stuff I don't use or integrate daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
