The ability to customize the platform in almost any way we see fit. But the out of the box solutions make it so customization needs are minimal and business-specific Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This may sound like a weird dislike but there is too much clicking around to complete a single task. To assign pricing you have to click through about three screens to assign and confirm. It's a bit OD. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salesforce Commerce for B2C?

I like how customizable SalesForce Commerce Cloud is. Most things do require developer work but there is no need for additional plugins. Possibilities are endless with SFCC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish features like Page Designer did not require dev. I like the idea of customizing blocks for landing pages but in a way, you are restricted if a certain feature has not been yet developed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salesforce Commerce for B2C solving and how is that benefiting you?

Salesforce Commerce makes it easy to manage a catalog of over 100,000 SKUs. Merchandising is a breeze and the out of the box A/B test tool works flawlessly. Since we moved to SFCC, sales have increased. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salesforce Commerce for B2C?

The immensely huge possibilities of Marketing Cloud are exciting. You can do so much with this one platform, however, it does stink that you have to pay for so many individual parts. The email builder is easy enough to use which is nice, however, knowing HTML is probably a good idea. I like the automation studio, that is easy to set up logic for your journey. There are almost too many options, too many areas one can go down a rabbit hole. The whole interface feels old and the functionality feels behind other email service providers like Mailchimp. What do you like best about Salesforce Commerce for B2C?

SFCC was my introduction to e-commerce development as a developer. It was fascinating to see how much of my work as a developer was just to make a Merchandiser's life easy and allow for changes to the storefront with little input from a developer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Commerce for B2C?

My biggest gripe at the start of my journey was how heavy-weight the platform felt. Coupled with it not being open-source, it was so difficult to get solutions to roadblocks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With SFCC development is very much sustainable and forward-looking. I have been able to build so many reusable components for the Page Designer model that can be used in other future projects and can allow for Merchandisers to make their own customizations to the storefront without the developer's involvement.
