I used Salesforce during my time as a lead generation specialist. The program offers a huge opportunity for data capture and documenting customers along the buyer journey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Commerce for B2C?

At the company I worked for, there were a lot of outdated records or people who requested not to be contacted. I found that despite marking that in records, there was no way to hide or delete these profiles. I'm not sure if that was a company issue or a software issue. At the time, the Salesforce Commerce for B2C program helped me to capture hot or warm leads and all of the important details for the profile and call, for sales team follow-up. Scalability and technical support. Cartridge approach to develop re-usable code between project. Backend piece is the stronger than Front, you can extend controllers, models, scripts, etc. Service and Job framework are fine. Page designer approach is really nice. OCAPI. What do you dislike about Salesforce Commerce for B2C?

Help document. Technical documentation. SFRA client side architecture. Not too much support and maintenance for cartridges. Really hard learning path. It has a lot of dark pieces. All business Manager experience is not consistent. Page Designer editor needs to be upgraded ASAP. Not so straight forward integration with other Salesforce Clouds.
