Commerce Cloud provides a highly customizable e-commerce platform that combines the functions required for catalog management ,content configurations ,online shopping, order management and inventory management and provide solution for logistics management too. -When we are working with different markets then its difficult to manage the markets on the different tabs basically it collides the data sometimes.

-User Interface is also not user friendly in Commerce Cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main benefit of using Salesforce Commerce Cloud is that I can operate my whole e-commerce business system from a single business manager (Demandware).
