What do you like best about Sage Intacct?

We use Sage for very complex items, such as setting up contracts and MEAs.

I do really like the ease of customization and being able to make templates to automate the workflow. The contracts set up and renewal processes are great, but could use a little fine tuning. (and a bit more customization for the contract flow) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?

Sometimes posting entries can take quite a while. We sync timesheets over from Nexonia (an expense software) and it can take up to 5 minutes to update the percentage completed once synced. It also then takes about another 5 minutes for these to post once you review and check off the projects. It can take up to 10 minutes to do something that should be quicker. Sage helps us to keep up with and renew contracts easily as a SaaS company. It also helps when we are adding contract lines for the professional services we provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
