The owner is great and the people are lovely. They remember your name and get to know you. Fostering this business relationship really assists in day-to-day activities involved with learning and keeping up with new software. **What problems is BTerrell Group solving and how is that benefiting you?** BTerrell is heavily involved in all aspects of our business use of Sage Intacct. They help us with report writing, new functionality testing, troubleshooting, and new integration support. ### 2. The BTerrell staff is very prompt to assist, provides training sessions as needed, and always maintains a positive attitude toward helping. **What do you dislike about BTerrell Group?** I can’t think of anything to add at the moment. **What problems is BTerrell Group solving and how is that benefiting you?** At this time, BTerrell has created customized financial reports, enhanced the Balance Sheet report, and is currently helping us find a product we can use for membership software. ### 3. I think the quick fixes are easy for the company. **What do you dislike about BTerrell Group?** I think the timeliness of the more involved requests.
