I liked mostly AP Automation, Reports Customisation, AP Bills linking with Purchase orders, Inter company reconciliation. This is one of the best accounting software. This can makes your life easy and your business growing. Easy to use, User friendly dashboard, Easily integrate with other softwares. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer support is least thing with sage. Support team is little slow and does not provide solutions on time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

you have to learn the sage intacct "language" to build reports and really use it. steep learning curve, the community forums are not as robust as QB so you have to pay for customer service whereas in QB you could find answers faster and cheaper Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My organization transitioned away from Quickbooks to Sage Intaact in 2024. Like all major software transitions, it took many team hours to complete. That being said, my only regret was not making the transition to Safe Intaact sooner. Versus Quickbooks, Sage Intaact is a far more robust software. Some of my favorite features include maintaining approval governance in system and being able to attach backup documentation to entries. Another nice feature is the dashboard, which non-accounting users find helpful and easy to read and the ability to send reports over email automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Coming from Quickbooks, Sage is a far more expansive software, and it comes with a steep learning curve - especially since, unlike Quickbooks, Sage will maintain control, meaning that you can't simply "delete" incorrect entries.

Intacct is the best ERP I have ever used... I have experience of using around 6 to 7 ERP's but Sage Intacct tops the leaderboard. the way we can manage the multiple entites is one of my fav. and the customized reports will get your money back whatever you paid for Intacct Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
there's nothing really to hate about sage intacct but right now everyone are switching to visualized reports and somewhere I feel that sage intacct should also need to adopt these things, like pie chart, bar graph and other reports which are easy to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like about Sage Intacct is how easy it is to use and set up. The implementation process was so easy, and the customer support team is always helpful when needed. I use it frequently because it has so many features that make my work easier. It also integrates well with other systems, saving me a lot of time and effort. I absolutely love the integration tools for Sage Intacct. I feel like I outsourced myself!
Before using Intacct we had to manually create and import a file for our credit card transactions, we had to manually enter our employee expense reimbursement and had to issue checks for our invoices. With the help of my integration team, transitioning to Intacct was a breeze. We integrated our credit card transactions and our employee expenses to automagically sync. We then added on bill pay and it is so easy (literally, it does it without me), now I'm saving around 4 hours a week
I also love dashboards. I built simple to use dashboards for everyone in our organization that has budget responsibility. They can visit them as frequently as they want/need without my help.
I will say that I can only imagine that customer support (the actual people) is amazing because I have never had the need to use them. The suport options in the training tools and knowledgebase is so well done that I have solved my own issues. If something did come up I know that the support team will be there ready to assist.
