I liked Intacct because of fast and accuracy details its Ease of Use and implementation is also good, the customer support will response on time and we will use intacct for accounting, and we frequently use intacct for accounting records, the features for viewing and creating vendor is good and the integration is ease and awesome. - For almost all AR related tasks there is an upload file available to upload information in batch which saves a lot of time on daily basis.

- It is easy to navigate around Sage Intacct.

- It has multiple integrations available with other softwares which turns cash posting process smoother and faster.

- There is a Sandbox version available where one can try out any ideas of process improvements without taking any risks.

- The Help Page available for every section that one works on in Sage Intacct is a big time-saver. This allows to narrow down the scope of information provided and saves time on finding exactly what is need in less time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- There are some limitations for adjustment allocation to an invoice in different currency. One has to work around the system to allocate adjustment in one currency to an invoice in different currency.

- Allocating manually credit notes raised in Order Entry module to invoices raised in AR module is time consuming. It would be great if the system could automatically match these two off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Automation. We are getting ready to start bill upload and that will relieve many weekly hours of AP bill creation. Allocations are also a huge help when we have multiple locations and departments. The reporting functionality within Intacct is unmatched. Coming from a legacy system that required a lot of coding knowledge to write reports, it's great to be able to get the system to output the data I need how I need it without a lot of tweaking on my end. I have been using Sage Intacct for close to two years now, and the transition from the previous software I used has been great. The ability to have multiple entities open at one time, as well as multiple tabs for one entity, has made my job so much easier than the previous software I used. The only downside is that as more date, such as journal entries, is entered, the slower it can be to run the general ledger or open the general journal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sage Intacct is the software which I use frequently in my job and I am using this accounting software from past 3 years both in my old & present orgnaisation. And to be honest, I am so familiar with Intacct that this is the most easy software in my app section and I can mark my skill to 5 out of 5. So, we had implemented Intacct against Tally ERP 9, but I found much easy to use than the Tally. Its interface and generating the report for analysis. Mostly I love it when it provided multiple template for importing the entries, vendor or employee creation in a second. and it is also to integrate it various software like for payroll and all. it is user friendly, support team is good, easy to pass journal entries and reverse entrys as an when required, easy to sync information from other applications easily ,easy to create customer and items and helps in recording transaction everyday. easy Implementation of Additional features as per our request.
