Everything is in one place, all in one system. We used to be with Quickbooks and have over 30 companies, so constantly having to switch entities and ask people to switch into multi-user mode was so annoying. We no longer have to deal with that. I can open as many windows and instances of Sage that I want or need to. It makes processing everything and digging into problems or questions so much easier and faster. There isn't a single function that we need or use that can't be handled within the Sage product. Another part of Sage Intacct that can't be left unmentioned is the reporting capabilities. The worst thing that we've had happen with Sage is that we had a period of time where we were so busy, we could barely think straight. During that time, there were new features rolled out in Sage that you had to enable within user roles, features that really would have helped us at the time. I like how you can have all the different entities in one system by just adding licenses. It makes it easier to flick through other entities faster and takes into account the real exchange rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sage Intacct has the most robust reporting of any accounting software that I have used. If you're looking to be able to create reports and have visibility into every aspect of your financials. Intacct is the way to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One possible point of improvement for Intacct is its suite of direct integrations. Unlike simpler software like QBO, Intacct's integrations with things like expense management software, and dashboarding software, leave a lot to be desired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am happy using Sage Intacct.It is easy to use and it didn't take much time to figure out things. There are lot of features that are needed for my everyday task. The integration of Sage Intaccct with other software makes my work easy.Ibcan rely on it often. Even if some error occurs the customer support helps me overcome the situation. Helps in daily Cash Application, helps in invoice processing, helps to sync with other accounting softwares, helps to extract reports as per our requirement, easy in passing journal entries, customer service is good, ease implimentation of ideas, easy templates for sending collection emails, regular usage of aging report made it easy to find paid and posted invoices. The ability to create great, customizable reports that I can drill down into, has saved me so much time! I can collaborate with others in the organization by sharing reports with them directly from Sage IntAcct. It is very helpful. It will be helpful for customer support. There are a number of features available. It is very easy to implement while working. 1. Intacct provides cloud-based accounting and this feature is very helpful to users.

2. Provides best reporting options, especially on custom reports.

3. All the vendor records filed are in systematic order and easy to locate each field.

4. Intacct provides custom features according to integration to other software like Bill.com, Stampli, and Ramp

1. Intacct does not allow users to download custom reports at the entity level but allows them only at the top level.

As a new user, I've found it easy to navigate and to pick up how to use the system in a relative short period of time. In addition to this, the customer support functionality has been a great help. I use this on a daily basis and anytime I have an issue, there are useful articles to read to help resolve issues. I would like Sage to have open item management, so that we can clear balances that net to zero on any GL account. Also, the reports are not the easiest to create or to rearrange and the excel format while looking good is not useful for data analysis requiring additional editing before I can use for filtering and sorting.
