There is really efficient design in just even the basic package of Sage Intacct. The automations in the AP module and in the General Ledger can save so much time and energy. There are really intelligent rules that can be created in the Cash Managment module that save so much time and basically automate what used to be a very manual arduous bank reconciliation. Sage Intacct has a real presence in the market and so when we are using a third party service for say, Payroll, they are familiar with the product and provide in most cases a direct API or at a minimum an easy import. I really appreciate the ease of import in general with Sage Intacct - and it goes for almost everything, JEs, Bills, Bank Transactions. Any time we have had trouble getting an import template to work, the customer service team has been so quick to get back to us with helpful, detailed answers. The customer support team is so great to work with and helpful, and it brings a lot of peace of mind given how critical this system is and the fact we're using it daily. Admittedly, I was not on the team for implementation, so I can't speak as much to that. Having come in after implementation, I did need to take some time to learn this system. Unfortunately I found the team that was part of implementation still needed to do the same, as over a year later they were still only using what they needed to get the day to day done. Three years later, we are using almost every feature available to us, and we could have eliminated a full time role with the automations and efficiencies we now have in place. If you are looking for a step up from QuickBooks Online it's an ok next step from a price performance perstpective compared other options out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's cumbersome to use, more complicated than it needs to be compared to QuickBooks Online, banking integrations while improved oculd be better and customer support is inconsistant.

It is not easy to integrate with outside programs you have to go through a complicated process anytime you want to integrat someting into Sage Intacct.

Sage is not easy to use it's contracts module is overly complicated and cumbersome, the canned financial reports available in Sage intacct are mostly useless and usable ones are hard to format.

Lastly the implementation process was a very painful experience.

It has been a while since i used Sage and which was Sage 50. The interface is far more user friendly and has more features.

I use it daily and have been working with it for a couple of months and have found it very easy to navigate and reverse things if i had made an error.

I have not had to use it for implentation but have set up new suppliers and these have then transfered into the Yooz programe which is used. i have not yet had to contact support but have seen and heard my collegues and they appear to be very helpful and resolve the issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Sage Intacct for all our accounting and finance needs. We love that it is in the cloud, and all of our division leaders have their own custom dashboards so they can monitor their revenue and expenses in real time. This allows them to make better and informed decisions about their budgets. They have access to their data 24 hours a day. We also use it for all invoice approvals and allows us to have a record of those approvals. All of our reports come directly out of the system, so there is no need to use Excel or other software to manipulate reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a good accounting software.It is very easy to use.The implementation of sage intacct is also good because it allows business to quickly adapt to softwares which they needs and with good customer support. Sage intaact main features i like is, it is very helpfull in financial reporting and automation process makes sage intacct a powerfull tool for frequent use. The flexibility of Sage Intacct and the competance of their authorized partners continues to impress me. We often have some rather uniquie ways of looking at our business, and Sage Intacct has allowed us greater flexibility, which then allows us to focus on results and not processes. Our business has liked that we can write our own accounting reports in Sage Intacct and have great flexibility in how those reports function and look. We are a very unique company that cannot use "out of the box" reports because of how we have to report things. Sage Intacct has allowed us to write all of our necessary reports and keep them housed in Intacct. We no longer have to keep separate reports in Excel that we manually have to manipulate. It took us a minute to understand how to use and write reports but once we got the hang of it, nothing stopped us. We use our reporting every day and if there were things we did not know in the beginning we had a team of experts that helped us navigate the system. It is also nice how well Intacct can import a template or Excel file, that helps us integrate with other programs that we use to make sure our system has all the necessary information for reporting. Honestly, we do not have a lot of negatives to say about Sage Intacct. If we had to come up with one thing we do not like is maybe the functionality of the dashboards. It would be great if they were a little more flexible and customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If I had to say something I dislike about Sage Intaact, it would be that I feel that it could do something about error description provided whenever there is a error during file upload, like in which column or which particular data field had the error so that it could be rectified quickly. I do not genuinely dislike it, but the report writing is initially challenging. Will definitely need to take some time to learn and play with it to get it right! I wish we can deal with Sage directly as third party consultants don't always have the answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
