The most I like of Sage Intacct is that it integrates with various third party applications. Its Open application Programming Interface is easy to developset up and maintain. It saves time and increase efficiency. Also the Help Centre of Sage Intacct is very useful to undersatnd the doubts when we face during implelmentation of the client instance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The dislike about Sage Intacct is I am not able to download the material on various Application which is provided in Help Center. Also there are many sublinks on the page in Sage Intacct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We recently started using software with AI to help process invoices. We still use the Bills section of Sage and process payments through Sage, but we wanted AI to help speed up invoice processing and give our approvers a more user-friendly platform. The ability to load and invoice from Contracts - very strong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Invoice templates are set in place at the Customer level They need to be able to be set at the Contracts level. We have multiple Entities that share the same Customer (at the top level). However, we need the ability to generate unique invoices at the Contract level. Right now, we have to go into the Customer and select the invoice template several times a month to "flip-flop" so we can bill accordingly. A pain. Also, we just discovered that when using The Quanties in Usage templates, the system is rounding up. So an entry of "1.5" is being rounded up as a mulitplier of "2." Sage is easy to use, easy to learn. Working with multiple entities is seamless, you have full visibility and can customize how you want to consolidate within those companies. JE's and attachments are simple you can drill into any detail you want. Very organized, concise, and there are a lot of dimensions you can use to organize per your needs. There aren't a lot of downsides, I'm happy with it my accountants love it. The custom reports is great cause there are so many options but it can be challenging to get what you want. The contracts module is helpful for SaaS companies. It is not very customizable though so you have to have your contracts setup the way Sage Intacct is set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The GL & Accounting portion of the ERP is dated and the implementation of the ERP was awful. We encountered several system bugs that took them weeks to find out. We ended up going live a month late due their issues and they were unapologetic for the issues this caused us. I have never had such an awful experience. The sales process was difficult and we ended up being promised things would work with our structure that wouldn't and we had to develop our own workarounds in salesforce for the Advanced CRM to work properly.
