I have been using Intacct for the last 2.5 years almost all working days and it is never boring, we can code journal entries with ease, and the creation of GLs and checking accounts made it as easy as custom reporting as well.

Below are the points for your reference.

1. On the transactions related to the AP / AR Payment application it will not allow us to see the details for which invoice the payment has been received or Paid.

2. After AP / AR payment applications, if there are any Forex Gain / Loss arises the same issue it will not show the details on the screen about the invoice Number if it's updated it would be helpful.

Sage has a great deal of features with an incredible amount of modular customization.

I do like the Sage community as it gives several avenues to solve a problem yourself before submitting a ticket.

It is not as user friendly as it could be and there is some reports that should really be pre-loaded instead of making you build them. Specifically there is no P&L report preloaded that allows you to run custom date ranges, instead you only can pick from a dropdown of preset periods.

I like Sage Intacct most for its ease of use. It is very user friendly and almost self-explanatory for a new user. It has features for all of our business needs and its wonderful that they are all in one software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One Common concern is the learning curve; users may find it complex intially , especially if they are not familiar with cloud-based accounting system. Sage Intacct is pretty easy to learn, I can get it up and running quickly, and their customer service is appreciable. Everyday accounting stuff like tracking bills and generating reports is pretty much helpful. It helps to integrate with other software easily and this makes me use Sage frequently. I use sage intacct every day as an AP representitive. it allows me to easily see all my invoices and pay via check. I also use sage intacct to reconcile my bank accounts. I can easily review my past actions by running reports in the reports center. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Intacct is a fantastic program for accountants. It helps maintain clean books and records. It's multiple features make it easy to duplicate entries, set up recurring entries, and pull up information for tax and compliance audits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

By far and away the best feature of Sage Intacct is the capability to dive into the data. The use of dimensions that can be applied as needed across all GL account numbers allows reporting functionality unlike anything else I've seen in a standard accounting software. The current in-product budgeting solution is extremely cumbersome. The partner solution of Sage Intacct Planning is a fantastic tool, but that requires an additional subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
