I’ve been using Sage Intacct for a while now, and overall, I’m quite impressed with its capabilities. One of the standout features for me is how seamlessly it integrates Sub Ledgers with the Main General Ledger (GL) .

The financial reporting in Sage Intacct is exceptional and highly customizable. I can tailor reports to fit my clients specific needs and get detailed insights into various aspects of the business.

I like how I can pull data from Sage to Excel with ease, your company makes it very easy to do this, and I greatly appreciate how it centers the database around the user. I’ve worked in SAP and Oracle prior to working in Intacct. Both systems were clunky and hard to use and not intuitive for the user. Intacct is the exact opposite. It’s easy to use and train new users. Super clean platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The upload feature can be tricky. If your JE gets kicked out you receive an email but it’s not always clear what is wrong. I also do not like the credit card management system. We upload 5k transactions a month and they are all individual. It’s hard to find the right one if we have to go in and edit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sage is very user friendly. Having the ability to connect the banks allows us to easily and quickly create journal entries and credit card transactions directly from the banking cloud as the transactions come in multiple times a day. The customer support from Sage has been amazing. We have received multiple hours of professional help from a Sage expert which was amazing and helped us a lot as we were new to Sage. Also, having quick access to the help center in the top right corner of the page allows to search for any question we may have about Sage and get an explanation right away. Also, being able to customize our dashboard has allowed us to put some of our major financial reports in one, easy-to-see location for the decision makers in our company. It is very different from the typical, basic accounting softwares such as Quickbooks. It does take a number of weeks/months to figure things out, especially if you are using Sage for the very first time. It is best to have one of their experts guide you through things. We use Sage Intacct daily and it is a user friendly interface that has clean and intuitive design with minimal learning curve. It provides real-time insights with customizable financial reports. 1. It integrates transactions from other website platforms like BILL, Nexonia, Simpl etc.

2. It has multiple company login options

3. Just we need to record the transactions, wherein Intacct at the background updates TB, report etc.

4. It provides the option of recording transactions in different UDB's where we can categorize the transactions based on the client's expectation.

5. Storing the supporting document in the transaction and accessing the same is user friendly ideology.

6. It has to capacity to withstand if the number of line item in a transaction is more than 1,000+ through JE template.

7. It provides security by distinguinshing the user by their respective login id's.

8. We use Intacct on a daily basis to record the transactions of the client, but still much happy with it's performance.

1. We are unable to view the Cash application transactions like CR and CD.

2. It arranges the transactions from lowest to largest in a day, rather if it arranges the transactions on chronological record, it will be very easy to identify the transactions which are posted recently.
