Website interface is very bizarre menuing structures and inconsistent pathways you just have to memorize ways to do things and just try not to deviate from what you've learned. It's a realllllllyyy poor interface. Like most of medical software, clearly no one at this company has heard of UX design. As a programmer myself, I can tell that they have put server calls in stupid places that slows down an already slow app even further. If you click the wrong (tiny) button even once, you'll be waiting a while... This could be easily solved by pre-caching (the app looks and feels like a PWA, so I'm assuming that's what it is). The service worker could be pre-fetching data to improve responsiveness, but ... it doesn't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The layout is OK at best but it will take the team ages to make changes for you. That really is all the good news. Otherwise, the system is awful, and I spend more time trying to make the software work than working the software. It is incredibly glitchy and slow to adapt when changes are needed. Information gets lost or doubled and re-doubled. There is never live help when you need it. This is the worst EHR I've used and have worked on many over the last 30 years in the business. The availability to easily review patient payment history and the reports are not set up as user friendly as other software I have used in the past. Customer service.
I have had 2 different times I have put in tickets for glitches that my RXNT representative could not figure out why they were happening and when a ticket is put in it has taken over a month or more to get them resolved, and I am not followed up with in between to let me know it is still being worked on. I am an academic physician with experience in numerous EHR apps including Epic and several others. No other software is as flexible and user friendly. This is critical for saving time and being efficient in a busy practice. The support is the best and worth the $, someone always there to help, even a sophisticated user. Good value as well. We use RxNT for E-Prescribing at Boston University, we rolled out 3 weeks ago and it has made the whole process of prescribing easier for both patient and providers.
It is easy to use, intuitive and integrates seamlessly with our EHR #SALUD.
