As a medical clinic, we use Epic daily to manage our patients protected health information and facilitate communication between our clinical teams. In regard to the integration with Reputation, it is a time saver for me! In the past, I had to manually download a file from Epic and then upload it into my reputation management software. I was not able to be consistent with gaining survey information and online reviews as this process didn't take place daily. Now the whole process is automated with the integration between Reputation and Epic so I don't need to check on this or even think about it happening. I can see the results in my dashboard every day. In regard to the integration between Reputation and Epic there is nothing that I dislike. Clean, simple and easy. In regard to Epic in general, often the upgrades change our clinic work flow which is frustrating for staff.
