Ease of use definitely, it is very seamless and easy to message the rest of the people in my organization, kinda like a better version of WhatsApp but from a business standpoint, one of the stronger points is also how easy it is to implement, with usages like Docker for deployment. There are a couple of things that I liked about rocket chat while we were using it: the security, the fact that you can limit the features each user can access due to the flexibility of the software. I like the sounds options and the layout of the screen (I only use the web version) I liked the capability to connect to salesforce and include articles. I used it every day to communicate with my team. The It department mentioned it was easy for them to implement Rocket Chat with Okta (internal software) and SalesForce.
