I believe that it could have the functionality to delete specific groups after finishing the due subject. And that it doesn't delete the messages after a while. I still see stability issues, sometimes chats not refreshing, and random minor issues. It's quite hard to debug/diagnose the issue, and on GitHub, some issues have been waiting for weeks or months. What I like the most is the possibility of integrating with different applications and the customizable configuration that adapts to each organization. I don't like it when unexpected errors occur while performing some type of configuration; there should be better exception handling, as the errors are not easy to identify. The mobile application can be improved, especially in its performance, as it is not very smooth, and I would also apply improvements to its design. We began using Rocket.chat six months ago. In that short time frame, it has become a key tool for our volunteers to communicate with each other. Every now and then the service doesn't forward the notifications, it's also common for it to go offline sometimes and this ends up hindering in some cases.
