Technical support is very slow, especially in urgent situations.. I updated this my review on november/2023, because I have a big problem: messages by dialog360 (meta) to my rocketchat is duplicated/triplacated randomly.. This problem already has more 1 month and not fixed by RocketChat Staff. I open a ticket but staff is very bad. Sometimes we face some problems with the automatic update of Rocket.Chat, requiring a manual download from the website because it cannot be done automatically. Today I use Windows 11 and occasionally I cannot properly view the thread update; it is not scrolling down appropriately as participants write, and I need to scroll manually to read all the messages. Sometimes I ended up not reading messages that got lost because I didn't scroll and I didn't realize I needed to scroll down, and there was also no notification of unread messages because I was in the current thread.
