I love being able to customize tasks, who they go to, and the types of forms or notifications I can send to them. Rival really helps us to have a superior onboarding that helps employees, managers and internal stakeholders feel supported. Using Rival onboarding has eliminated a ton of manual processes and saved us a lot of time. I also love that as an administrator I can make almost all changes I need to the set ups, add or remove tasks in real-time without needing to contact support or pay for a project. I like that we are able to connect the systems on the backend. We have an integration with our HRIS and that connects to the Onboarding system which shares the same backend with the performance system.
