The UI isn't bad but sometimes it can be hard to find the feature that you're looking for. Especially since Rippling keeps developing and updating the application (This is a good thing). Sometimes features have moved from one location to another and I struggle to find where I need to go to do what I'm trying to do. There's also a few times where the application hasn't been as flexible as we would like it to, especially I would like there to be a "back" button on a lot more forms than there are now. -It has a very clean UI.

-Applying for leave/Work from home etc is quite simple.

-The way it shows the org structure is marvelous.

-One can see all his total numbers of leaves, like- PL, sick leave, paternity or maternity leave, WFH days even holiday list altogether in a single place using Rippling portal.

- I felt it lacks some feature and there is a lot of scope of incorporating extra feature here.

- It does not show us the optional holiday list of the year.

I like how it is not an overwhelming software to use and very user friendly. I used to use ADP at previous jobs, and I always found it difficult to navigate, but this is the first time I use Rippling, and I love it so far! As a nurse employed by copilot IQ, I use rippling daily for time management and overall it's been a great tool and easy to implement. I like how user-friendly the platform is clocking in and out is seamless, and I appreciate the automatic tracking of my hours. One thing that I dislike about ripping would be the mobile app. It can be a bit slow at times and there are a few extra steps to correct a missed punch a more responsive app with a smoother process for edits would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As of recently, I have started using Rippling with a company I started working with last month. This is the easiest straightforward payroll system that doesn't seem to have many issues if any at all compared to their competitors, such as something like ADP. I am able to get all of my financial records and information from them easily, and signing in is also really easy and simple. I have had issues with other companies or payroll systems that do not function as well as this one. I never have issues logging in. When I used other platforms similar to this one, I would have to contact my manager to get into the app more times than not, because it would say that my password wasn't correct, even though it absolutely was. I have not had any issues with Rippling on that kind of issue!! So far, Rippling is awesome! I thoroughly like the set up of things and how easy it is to access my financial information, as well as access to the system itself. Thank you to the Rippling team! in April of 2024, it was very difficult to reset my password.

Whenever I tried resetting it the new password I just set did not let me log in. Eventually it locked me out of my account for 48 hours, and I really needed access at that point. It was really a technical glitch because I know I was using the correct password (I had just reset it) but it never accepted the new password I created.

I just did this again in 2025, and did not have the same problem. But when it happened in 2024, it was a big problem I was frustrated for sure as it was just a glitch but locked me out of my account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

First and foremost, I feel that every HR feature that you could possibly need is made very visible and easy to access. From submitting time-off requests to accessing your benefits, everything is pretty much right there for you. I also really like the app integrations that are possible with Rippling like Lattice, for example. The laptop/software update reminders from Rippling are also really helpful and I think the pay-day reminders are nice/cute to have as well. Also, upon being hired at my company, using the onboarding check-list through Rippling couldn't have been easier - it was honestly the smoothest onboarding experience I've ever had with an employer. Rippling has an intuitive and well-designed user interface that makes navigation seamless. Anything I need to do HR related is very easy to find and accomplish. Such as requesting time off or look at pay stubs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The removal of the Chrome plugin was disappointing, as it was a useful feature. Downloading the entire org chart is a little clunky and could be improved I think. Lastly would be nice to interact with your HSA from the mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rippling's quick and crisp responses to my concerns are always a big thing to cheer for. Their tech support is just to the point and always eager to resolve the user issues. While Rippling is prompt in action but one area of opportunity could be introducing a SPOC(single point of contact) so that urgent issues can be resolved by just dialing a call to a number. Basically by introducing a customer care service which can be contacted on phone can be a great deal to introduce. Rippling makes payroll approval incredibly seamless, allowing me to approve timecards for my team with ease. I also appreciate the ability to generate detailed reports using simple, customizable recipes, providing in-depth insights—such as the IP addresses where employees clocked in and out. This level of transparency is invaluable, as it fosters an honest and accountable work environment. Additionally, as a manager, I can swiftly switch between my Admin and Employee accounts, streamlining my workflow. Another standout feature is the ability to view my entire organization at a glance, including role titles, contact information, and locations, which enhances overall visibility and efficiency.

The biggest drawback of Rippling is its lack of automated SMS reminders for employees to submit their timecards. Since our team works varying schedules and frequently fills in for others, automatic timecards aren’t an option. Employees are required to submit their timecards every Sunday before payday on Friday, but they often forget, leaving me to follow up manually on Monday to ensure submissions are completed for approval. This process is time-consuming. An automated SMS reminder for employees who haven’t submitted their timecards, along with an option for me as a manager to send push notifications via SMS and email, would significantly improve the experience.
