The ability to onboard and offboard employees easily and see their uploaded documents easily organized is wonderful. Additionaly it's very simple to adjust errors in payroll and I use the platform almsot daily. The chat with a representative feature is incredibly helpful and answers my questions in mere moments. Being customizable is wonderful, but I do wish there were preloaded employment options for archiving an individual who is going on a leave of absence so my reports don't show them as active without needing to terminate them. As of recently, I have started using Rippling with a company I started working with last month. This is the easiest straightforward payroll system that doesn't seem to have many issues if any at all compared to their competitors, such as something like ADP. I am able to get all of my financial records and information from them easily, and signing in is also really easy and simple. I have had issues with other companies or payroll systems that do not function as well as this one. I never have issues logging in. When I used other platforms similar to this one, I would have to contact my manager to get into the app more times than not, because it would say that my password wasn't correct, even though it absolutely was. I have not had any issues with Rippling on that kind of issue!! So far, Rippling is awesome! I thoroughly like the set up of things and how easy it is to access my financial information, as well as access to the system itself. Thank you to the Rippling team! First and foremost, I feel that every HR feature that you could possibly need is made very visible and easy to access. From submitting time-off requests to accessing your benefits, everything is pretty much right there for you. I also really like the app integrations that are possible with Rippling like Lattice, for example. The laptop/software update reminders from Rippling are also really helpful and I think the pay-day reminders are nice/cute to have as well. Also, upon being hired at my company, using the onboarding check-list through Rippling couldn't have been easier - it was honestly the smoothest onboarding experience I've ever had with an employer. Rippling's quick and crisp responses to my concerns are always a big thing to cheer for. Their tech support is just to the point and always eager to resolve the user issues. Main upside of using Rippling is their UI interface which is very descriptive and self explanatory in nature and very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Rippling is prompt in action but one area of opportunity could be introducing a SPOC(single point of contact) so that urgent issues can be resolved by just dialing a call to a number. Basically by introducing a customer care service which can be contacted on phone can be a great deal to introduce. Rippling makes payroll approval incredibly seamless, allowing me to approve timecards for my team with ease. I also appreciate the ability to generate detailed reports using simple, customizable recipes, providing in-depth insights—such as the IP addresses where employees clocked in and out. This level of transparency is invaluable, as it fosters an honest and accountable work environment. Additionally, as a manager, I can swiftly switch between my Admin and Employee accounts, streamlining my workflow. Another standout feature is the ability to view my entire organization at a glance, including role titles, contact information, and locations, which enhances overall visibility and efficiency.
As a professional, customer-first-minded Customer Support Manager, I expect the same level of professionalism when I reach out to any organization, and Rippling definitely delivers. The biggest drawback of Rippling is its lack of automated SMS reminders for employees to submit their timecards. Since our team works varying schedules and frequently fills in for others, automatic timecards aren’t an option. Employees are required to submit their timecards every Sunday before payday on Friday, but they often forget, leaving me to follow up manually on Monday to ensure submissions are completed for approval. This process is time-consuming. An automated SMS reminder for employees who haven’t submitted their timecards, along with an option for me as a manager to send push notifications via SMS and email, would significantly improve the experience. I really appreciate how each time I log into the Rippling dashboard it is easy for me to understand what has changed since the last time I logged in as well as seach any action items I need to follow up on.
Also it groups information in a very logical way. For example all my benefits are found under the navigation item named "Benefits", additionally on each of the benefit items that is a link to go to information about the specific benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd like to be able to customize the landing page more, for example it would be helpful to see a tile that shows me the last pay date, next pay date and links to the specific pay stubs. Additionally I'd like to have the ability to see a summary of training tasks as well to more quickly navigate into those items.

All-in-One Platform: I love how Rippling combines HR, IT, and payroll into one system. It’s super convenient to manage my benefits, pay stubs, and even set up my work devices (like my laptop) all in one place. It saves me from jumping between multiple apps or websites.
User-Friendly Interface: The platform is pretty intuitive and easy to navigate. As someone who isn’t super tech-savvy, I appreciate how straightforward it is to find what I need, like my pay information or time-off balances.
Automated Onboarding: When I first joined the company, Rippling made onboarding a breeze. Everything from signing documents to setting up my email account was automated, which made my first week much less stressful.

Overwhelming Features: Sometimes, Rippling feels like it has too many features. Since I’m just an entry-level employee, I don’t need access to everything, and it can be a bit confusing to figure out what’s relevant to me.
Limited Customization for Small Teams: I’ve heard my manager mention that some of the workflows or policies aren’t as customizable as they’d like for our small team. It feels like Rippling is better suited for larger companies sometimes.
Occasional Glitches: Every once in a while, the platform can be slow or buggy, especially during peak times like payday or when everyone is submitting time-off requests at the same time.

1. Rippling is helping us in tracking our time off like leaves, work from home, sick leaves, where as we dont have tracker for us earlier
2. It is doing PAR cycle as well. Great

1. Navigation between each menu items are not easy to understand.
2. Count of Available Work from Home is showing more but while availing it is showing less count. (Issue with count display)
3. Every day time spent option is missing
4. It must show a calender and a red mark for the day if the employee is absent or missed to swipe the ID card. Due to that unable to know which day rippling is taking as absent and which day is present differentiation.

Having everything in one place from pay stubs & tax documents to benefits is great. Very easy to update forms such as the w4 and there's no need to send signed PDFs back and forth to HR to get these done.
Benefits are also just as easy. The enrollment process is smooth and effortless and all done through rippling (if the providers of said benefits have integrations)
This process has been so much easier for me with rippling than with our prior HRIS tool that we used.
Since this tool is so easy to use, It makes it easy to use it more frequently. Under benefits, it allows you to put your member ID in for each benefit too, which makes it super easy to have everything you need/want in rippling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have noticed that we can't specify a date to make an address change effective, it's just changed as of the date that you change it. However, it's not a huge deal, mostly just an edge case.
Not sure if it's just our implementation or not, but it does seem that our ATS is filtering out some candidates for positions that should not be filtered out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like is that even when I'm not at my job, I can still access the app and check my time card and submit it from home so I can get paid. I'm able to see my hours, Also what I really like is that Rippling can show you your projected PTO hours and not just your remaining balance, which helps when scheduIing vacations. I use Rippling on a daily honeslty so it's great that I haven't had any situations and when our employer notices anything wrong with our kiosk for when clocking in at work they reach out to ya'll and you guys get the situation fixed right then and there. I love that Ripping offers an all-in-one platform for payments, leave, reviews, and training.
Our organization uses it to manage HR functions like payroll and leave management. As well as review cycles and up-line/org chart management.
It is a great HR platform and offers a great holistic overview of the company, my position, and my profile in one platform.
Not to mention the SSO. I cannot imagine having to remember 14 passwords.
