Problèmes: Difficultés à gérer les appels entrants et sortants, en particulier dans des équipes dispersées avec d'autres applications.

Bénéfice : Ringover centralise tous les canaux de communication (appels, SMS, visio-conférence,etc.) dans une seule plateforme, ce qui facilite la collaboration et le suivi des interactions avec les clients. Cela facilie également le monitoring, la double écoute et le suivi statistiques des KPI's

Enregistrement d'appels :

Problème : Manque de documentation et de suivi des conversations importantes.

Bénéfice : La fonctionnalité d'enregistrement permet de garder un historique des échanges, utile pour la formation des employés, le respect des normes de conformité et la mise en place d'un service du contrôle qualité en vue de l’amélioration du service client dans le cadre de la RGPD.

Intégration avec d’autres outils :

Problème : Difficultés à synchroniser les données entre plusieurs applications (CRM, outils de marketing, etc.).

Bénéfice : Les intégrations proposées par Ringover améliorent la productivité en réduisant la nécessité de basculer entre différentes applications et en consolidant les informations. What do you like best about Ringover?

En tant que responsable du service qualité, cette application facilite grandement le suivi de mon équipe. Simple à utiliser, elle me permet d'accéder facilement aux appels des agents, ce qui rend le suivi de l'équipe plus efficace.

Des fonctionnalités comme la synthèse des appels éliminent le besoin de retranscrire les échanges que nous avons écoutés, ce qui représente un gain de temps considérable dans le traitement des points qualité. I am independent, an outsourcing provider, and specifically I handle outgoing calls for companies (sometimes I also handle incoming calls) that don't have the time to make them. What do you like best about Ringover?

I appreciate its ease of use. The interface on both the mobile app (iPhone in my case) and the desktop app (Mac OS) is highly responsive and user-friendly.

I also find the add-ons particularly helpful in my daily workflow, as they allow me to quickly identify phone numbers on my prospect pages.

The tool integrates seamlessly with most websites, making it an essential asset for productivity.

New features, such as reminders and call scheduling, are great additions that help me plan my day and follow-ups more efficiently.

What do you dislike about Ringover?

It's still a work in progress. Some features could be tested during a trial period, and perhaps beta testers could have access to improvements while suggesting new features for future updates.

One downside is that it isn't integrated with Zoho Books, although it is available for Zoho CRM—which I don’t use.

I can easily track my objectives and goals to reach my targets. It also has a contact book, though I believe it could be improved!

What do you like best about Ringover?

Top-notch service! Call management with Ringover is seamless, whether on a computer or mobile. I particularly appreciated the customizable switchboard feature, which allows us to greet our clients professionally and tailor it to our needs. No compatibility issues—everything works perfectly across different operating systems. I was even able to transfer calls to a mobile number effortlessly.

I also want to highlight the quality of customer service, which is fast, responsive, and always efficient. This is rare for this type of platform, so it's worth mentioning!

What do you like best about Ringover?

The best thing about Ringover above all else is the call quality, I've used other systems and the call quality has been attrocious. I haven't had any issues with Ringover.

Secondly, it's easy to set-up on desktop and mobile, so I'm able to answer business calls anywhere.

Lastly, it integrates with my CRM perfectly, enabling me to click-to-dial contacts on the platform and not have to dial the numbers out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
